Combining the traditional and contemporary at Long Point

Steed Upholstery and Peter Guild are promising the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary design, at the May Long Point show. Doors to their showrooms, which are situated on the same site, will be open to visitors (May 13-15) wishing to view the latest fabrics and upholstery designs for both the current and forthcoming season. Looking ahead, sales director for both companies, Caroline Steed, said: “We have a great deal of innovation prepared for Long Point, with some exciting developments in both fabric and model design. There will be a new compact design offering a wing sofa, non-wing sofa, snuggler and chair unveiled for Peter Guild – in a neutral shade linen – along with stunning new fabrics on a series of best-selling Peter Guild pieces. Steed will also be showing a series of new fabrics on the Hamilton, Harvard and Fairmont, as well as the Iona corner group being displayed with some exciting additions to its design.”
